Happy Valentines Day (almost too late!)!!!

Well, Valentine's Day is almost over, so I thought I'd stop long enough to get a quick post going about our holiday happenings! The past couple of days have been pretty busy, but lots of fun. Yesterday, the kids both had V-day parties at school. They were timed just right that I got to be at both of them, and even be in their rooms when their Valentine gift was delivered! Here are some pictures of the kids and friends at their parties.....Here are the Webkinz gifts that I took to school to be delivered to the kids. They were VERY excited!!!
Last night, Mark and I got to go on our date, and we had a great time! The kids had fun with the Fly's from church (a super sweet couple that agreed to keep them for us), and they actually offered to keep them again!!! (Can't ask for a better V-day gift than that!!!) :o) Anyway, Mark and I went out to eat, went shopping, and just hung out together. We laugh about how we like to go to Target and Wal-Mart and just walk around as slow as we want to, as many places as we want to, for as long as we want to without little people asking us "how much longer?!" I know we would miss it if it wasn't there at all, but a little break every now and then is just fine!!!
This morning, we left to go to my parents' house in MS for the day. My sis and her two kiddos were there, too. The kids had a great time playing, and the adults had a good time catching up. Here is a picture of me and my sister. In case you are wondering, I did not get my hair chopped off. It is in braids - a sure sign that it is time for a haircut!
All said and done, we are tired, but had a great weekend! I couldn't have thought of a better way to spend it than to spend time with the people I love. While we're on that note, let me give a shout out to my hubby - I LOVE YOU, MARK....Happy Valentines Day!!!!

I think I liked the movie better the second time because I caught more stuff. BTW, Kinlee's Webkins is too cute (is that a hedgehog?). Have you read any of the Twilight books or seen the movie yet?
