Happy Birthday, Parker!!!

Well, this is it - we actually have a child in double-digits!!! Parker is 10 today! Definitely a bitter-sweet day. Sad that time is going by so quickly. Happy that he is healthy and growing. Sad that after this year, I can no longer show his age with just my fingers. Happy that he is happy. As I look back on his last 10 years (UGH!), here are some things I am thankful for:

1. Parker Blake Finton
2. His sweet nature
3. His gentle spirit.
4. How much he likes babies.
5. His willingness to "root" for the underdog.
6. His competitive nature.
7. His big brown eyes.
8. His intelligence and the ability to use it.
9. The fact that he still comes up to me out of the blue and says, "I need a hug!"
10. HIM!!!
