During the end of this past week, Mark had a "continuing education" conference in Little Rock. SO, always ready for a roadtrip, we pulled the kids out of school for the last couple of days of the week, and headed to Arkansas to visit the grandparents. We had a great time. On Thursday (unfortunately the day of Mark's actual conference), the kids and I headed to the Old Mill in Little Rock to take some pictures. Even though Mark couldn't enjoy it with us, we went ahead and went that day because the weather was supposed to get worse as the weekend went on. For those of you who have never been to the Old Mill, it is actually where part of "Gone With the Wind" was filmed. It is beautiful, especially this time of year. So, I took it upon myself to capture some of its beauty along with our own beauties. I realize that a lot of the fall colors cannot be appreciated by THESE pictures, but I really liked the way the black and white looked. I have some other pictures of things that went on during our trip and will post those in the next couple of days - didn't want to overdo it today! Enjoy!
